“A Little Summer Music” is an outdoor summer music and movement program for kids ages 0-6 and their grown ups. This enrollment form is for the Normal, IL location. Class will be held outdoors near the clinic’s location at Normandy Village (a map of One Normal Plaza with location details will be provided). Please complete the form with your information and number of kiddos that will be participating.

Details:

-9:30am Bi-weekly Fridays in June and July (6/5, 6/19, 7/3, 7/17)

-$15 each month covers both classes - add a sibling for $5. ($30 total for both months, and then 5$ each month per additional child).

-Class will run for 30-40minutes.
